that seem pretty stupid,
to me if the original first press album is out of print and cant find,
a repress of it will only make my original worth more to me.

To some like you, most likely a collector. A lot of people could give a fuck about a og when there's a rerelease available, especially if it's the same as the og. Shit I remember I spent years looking for the DarkRoom Family - Barrio Love CD before it was rereleased & then soon after it got rereleased. I remember when I 1st tried to sell it on here, some fool was telling people not to buy it due to the fact it was rereleased. The rerelease was different tho, but it just lost value. For some reason I saw a bunch of og's of that 1 available right after the rerelease came out. It just made no damn sense to me, but what can you do?

I didn't mean they're cheaper than the rereleases. I meant the og's can lose value when the rereleases come out.

Yeah, but some times the rereleases are good. Like Sir Dyno's Interview With A Chicano, cuzz it has extra songs on it.
