There has got to be a reason why these cops go for the kill like that? I mean why not shoot the guys legs and find other ways to subdue him rather than shooting him dead in front of everyone. Yea it saves tax payers money by saving hospital bills, courts, etc but dam that doesn't justify killing someone fuck.
