Completely agree with pbar666, the first Sactown Bloods vs. Crips imo is one of the 10 best albums outta Sac in the last 5 years. Everything came together on this project, raps and productions. The beats were superb and created the right atmosphere start to finish. Also, haven't heard COS spit that hard for almost a decade.

Not saying they should all be on the Bloods vs Crips sequel, but keep on working with Eats, Andre Rrivers and Marky Mark. These 3 together with you and Beta are responsible for so many of my favorite songs. Gotta say though, still a shame that Lilla D'Mone project never got realized.

As for HIM's request for more singing, I'd sign that! Im sure some cant stand it, but to most it's a major part of what makes DE projects unique. Gon use this post to give major props for "Focus Happy", one of my alltime favorite songs of any musical genre ever. Got me through some times.

Started bumping Shlump, gon need to let it soak in before forming an opinion though.

Id give the opportunity to some young and hungry bangers.A lot of the kats mentioned are has beens, and never were's.I could see putting lynch,bo,and raided on there, just from a sales aspect..but I don't need a Greedy track,or a Triple Beam track, its a wrap for them.Go into Oak Park, and all these other hoods, and pull out some 16-17 year old kids who are looking for a chance to shine.Sac needs to bury about 50 rappers careers, then move on.

I'm always in favor of a gangsta dre song though.

i dont think it would be a good idea to put 16 year olds on it, most of them be on that gay ass jerkin rap, that wouldnt even fit with this album.

I think common sense would prevail here.I don't think you'd except a track about tight jeans & swagg, for a Bloods & Crip Compilation.Just like Infamy Loc stated,he got lil homies who spit...and I'm not really puttin an age thing on it,just some new talent.

I can't beleev it... First Degree The D.E. is asking for opinions + ideas on his second Sactown B & C's album??? I coulda sworn it was just last summer that I was bumping songs such as "Gang Accctivity" & the ever-so dark "Crip Steppin" (that song still gives me chills till this day) hell yeah!!

Summer 2005 you made very memorable Mr.DE.
By the way I am writing from Vancouver BC, Canada and I love the hell outta that album. That is by far one of my fav gang albums that has a place among Bangin on Wax.

Now for some input.
Produce the MUZIK to the calibre of:
"Gangsta In Red & Black"
"Big Blue Wreckin' Crew"
"Blood Jack"
"Gang Accctivity"
"Heart Pump Blue"

Please D.E. I'm dyin up here man lol... Make that good Blood & Crip muzik.
If you get a chance tell Calico 101 he's ULTRA TALENTED and I would've hoped his solo album would have actually dropped instead of having mp3's for sale on his website ( which are no longer available.)

One luv brother.
