Level scaling ruined Fallout for me.

Its like, you can go anywhere and do anything, and the enemies you encounter are based on your level.

Like, 3 levels ago they had pistols and pipes, and now the same exact group has chainguns. Kinda ruined it for me.

Fallout 1 and 2 there were places you could not go without getting fucked up.

Thats why I cant stand Bethesda RPGs - level scaling is lame.

Fallout 3 did not use the same scale leveling system as oblivion. U can't go anywhere and do anything from the start.
