In Milwaukee County, the correct figure is actually 40% (according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).

As in, 40% of black males in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin have been incarcerated at some point in their life.

LOL holy shit if that was true, man.

When I read the 40% figure in the paper (which is the mainstream, politically correct paper relying on the most accurate data) I almost shit myself, I would never have imagined it was that high.

But on the bright side, that is one of the higher rates in the entire country, that figure is far from the norm. I don't think there is a city anywhere in California that approaches 40% in this statistic.
