hyphy gets shitted on because the majority of the rappers that tried to make hyphy music made some corny ass shit. look back at husalah's catalog and the songs that could be considered hyphy slap, and they were different than the rest of the bullshit people were putting out back then. he wasn't just riding a bandwagon, he was taking that sound somewhere no one else could.
