two things:
› lil b gassed this shit how he supposed to gas it. that's his style, that's what people love him for. he did what he was supposed to on this track, period.
› career-wise this is exactly what husalah needs to be doing. he needs to position himself as the og of this maney bugged out shit.
much more than any other rapper who's been active for the past 10 years (excluding dre), husalah represents maneyness. eccentricity. bugged outedness, the same kind lil b and roach represent for the new school.
hus fits right in. i couldn't imagine a jacka, or another rapper from that era that takes himself hella seriously looking like anything but an "older uncle still at the house parties" type dude on a track like this but hus got the fonz factor namean.
that's what people looking for these days. the days of rappers taking themselves hella seriously and wearing the same old shit, saying the same old shit are over. nobody ever gonna blow doing that shit ever again the game today REQUIRES personality, and all politics or opinions aside hus got it and is the only 30 year old rapper that could really be that dude. pushing that mac dre line. but he hella inactive for whatever reason.
