even though they laid her to rest the other day, this shit keeps getting worse. my girl told me the other day that they may exume her body and do another autopsy because the defense may request it. and about 5 minutes ago she text me saying the FBI said that she was raped with a metal baseball bat! this story is unbelievable .. so sad.

A San Joaquin grand jury has indicted a Sunday school teacher on charges she kidnapped, raped and killed an 8-year-old girl and drugged two other people.

Twenty-eight-year-old Melissa Huckaby broke down in tears as Judge Linda Lofthus read the indictment against her Monday.

Prosecutors convened a grand jury in late July rather than hold a preliminary hearing to determine whether Huckaby would stand trial. A trial date has not been set.

Huckaby previously pleaded not guilty to murdering 8-year-old Sandra Cantu, whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase pulled from an irrigation pond in April.

She also pleaded not guilty to charges of drugging a 7-year-old girl as well as a 37-year-old man, whom police believe she had dated.

Parents just need to be more cautious in the way they teach their children. Most rely on television and video games to keep little ones occupied these days, and that shit just doesn't help anybody learn anything...really. Lazy fucks need to stop with the bullshit and be PARENTS!

When we were kids, "Don't talk to strangers" and "Don't get in anybody's car" was pounded into our heads for the first couple years of elementary school...ESPECIALLY after the Polly Klaas incident.
