Lariviere was not on suicide watch but was housed by himself because of the charges against him, Nash said. He was not in isolation, but in a single cell within a pod, she said. "Any child (endangerment) charges we take very seriously because other inmates in the population are not really accepting of those," Nash said. Lariviere showed no signs of distress when he was last checked about 2 a.m., Nash said. All inmates are checked every hour. Lariviere was arrested Tuesday after a domestic dispute, according to Salinas police records. He appeared in court Wednesday and was formally charged with making death threats, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, misdemeanor child endangerment and vandalism. He was scheduled to appear for a preliminary calendar hearing Tuesday. According to court records, Lariviere had another case pending from a May incident in which he was accused of making death threats, causing or permitting child cruelty, violating a protective order and resisting arrest.

Looks like he threatened the mother by hurting his kid/kids ...that's why he got the charge...

RIP to dude... but to me anyone who takes their own lives like are weak in every position, a strong minded individual will handle himself the correct way no matter how hard things get..

that's just my 2 cents.

@ second650

I never met dude, nor even listened to any of his music, but he caught a "child endangerment" charge which could mean he hit his lady in front of his kid / kids. Doesn't mean he beat up children.

People read two words and draw conclusions SMH.

Regardless, I didn't know him nor will I disrespect him when he can't defend himself.

R.I.P.

good lookin on explaining^ i learned something on here....

Your welcome. It's how the law works. They pin a bunch of charges on you and when you go to court they drop all of them and stick you with the bigger ones.

Excluding the Peoplez Martinez situation for a moment (Not implying anything towards him):

I saw a whole lot of dudes in County scared because of the charges against them, so it wasn't hard to tell it was their first time in jail. Especially when they go around asking everybody, "How much time do you think I'll get for this?" and explaining to another inmates as if they were lawyers LOL!!!!

Back to the subject, I'm just trying to keep the peace in here

Proceed!
