Project Born was signed to Psychopathic for a very brief time. Big stink, they got fired. They hated on ICP after making mediocre songs in the first place. I know about them, but I don't think that Short Nitty was part of that group. Sorry if that's already been covered, but I really didn't read past the first page.

Short nitty was one of the original 57RDV's . Is serving time in prison for sodomy on an underage girl if I am not mistaken. It's been talked about. He was on the first two rdv cd's. The third cd has his face crumbled on the pavment like it fell off the mountain. Look at it. You will see. I guess from what I read. Peopled were really ashamed of Nitty.
track 9 on that album is deep shit :classic:

For those who havent heard Short Nitty...check him out...he was the dopest rapper next to Tech to come out of KC
That's a helluva statement. I wouldn't go that far, I will say that Short Nitty was very nice, not close to the "dopest rapper next to Tech" though. I have a short list of 3 KC rappers and 2 other potential KC rappers that can wear your so-called "dopest KC rapper next to Tech" title. It ain't Short Nitty though.

I am guessing one of them is Vell....which vell is dope....but if I were picking a dream team Id have to pick Nitty over Vell......he would be a starter for sure....but yeah..

I couldn't venture to guess the others....

It is a strong statement, but the guy always came strong....had a great flow...could flow for days...and he was more of a dynamic rapper to me, Perhaps not an emcee in the truest definition of the word.

A true emcee to me is someone who can adapt to any situation. a slow beat...a fast beat... drum & bass...east coast west coast...down south...whatever. There arent too many of those guys around. But Nitty to me was one of the hardest...dopest rappers ever to touch a mic period.
