Rewired my CAR SYSTEM

Man I had to look at it and think about it for over a year. I had something in my head telling me I was not getting the power I should. 1800watt RMS mono block amp to 700watt audiobahns and it just didnt sound like it was hittin hard. Finally I checked it today after being lazy for so long and the damn shop wired the subs to a 4ohm stable connection. They were suppose to be run at a 1ohm stable mono load. Did that today and god damn i almost threw up from the damn bass. here is the diagram on how they are wired. Its the top right one. Two speakers 4OHM a peace.

Good sh*t.....man I just got me a new car and I'm feenin' for my beat! I haven't hooked it up yet because I need some subs....any suggestions?? I've been wanting to get the Punch 12's or some Kickers. I heard those JL Audios W7's be poundin' something terrible but they hella expensive.

I bet you this thread goes 5 pages long. There hasnt been an audio thread in a awhile hehe. Figured I would start one. And NASA you can go with JL if you want they do knock hard as fuck. The friend the rewired my shit today pulled his car next to mine when he was done and he is runnin 2 JL W6 V2 in his shit and I have 2 audiobahn 1200Qs. He is about even with me now if not a little bit better. Both his and mine are wired down to 1ohm mono.

Got any photos? One day I'll put in a nice system lol. Right now I've got 2 pairs of Fosgate 6x9's (doors n rear deck) and a 10' Kenwood sub, yeah it's lame but when I worked at best buy the speakrs were $25 a pair and the sub was $30 with discount.

Right now Im workin with a JL 500/1 amp with 2 factory sealed JL 12 W3. Dont get me wrong its cool, but I desire more knock. This thread I think has inspired me to fiddle around with my system, and possibly upgrade. I got a nice clarion deck 50x4. I spent 1.5 hours perfecting my frequencys and shit on my amp. I need more!

Here is the 700watt subs running at 1OHM

This is the Boss R2200D D class amp pushing around 750 to each sub 1 Ohm Stable.

This is my fuse block where I seperate the power to use between two amps. These are 2 80W fuses in there.

This is my second of 3 fuse stations I guess you could call em in my car. This is a 80W fuse to protect the cap.
