Damn, i just keep readin and readin since the first couple of posts and i still dont know what to say. I'm still in shock. I remember one of the BBQ's i think it was at lake Del Valle, sort of a Siccness/Bart get together a couple years back, one of the rap artists was shootin a video in the parking lot.. and right in the middle of it who pulls up right in front of the camera. Woodie and his crew. lol. He proceeded to get out the car with Olde English 40oz in hand and it was a coo BBQ no drama at all just kickin it. He was a real down ass dude. It seems like everything was against him and he made it through all the bullshit. I would have never thought it would have went down like this. It makes me sad, but i know he's in a good place with his fam. He put the 925 on the map and always repped the bay to the fullest. My thoughts goes out to his friends and family. His legacy will live on and will not be forgotten.

No disrepect or anything but is there and actual confirmation. i need to know the truth. Even though its been 2 days im still in shock over all of this. Ive been a true fan for years and I still am in denial.

Mars, Cali Luv and Gabe were close to Wood and have his contacts. They wouldn't lie or spread rumors of something like this. Trust me and if u still dont believe it, hopefully someone will post an article or something.

damn i kant believe the man woodie is gone/
its a fucked up day man this shits jus wrong/
this cant be true, woodie wood was a boss/
openin the doors for norteno rap, now it seems lost/
no doubt this is some fucked up news/
on a personal level he was someone i never knew/
but i knew him through his music and i must say/
that bumpin his music always made it a brighter day/
i felt like i could relate cause i was always repin North side/
even though i was from san jo his music gave me pride/
now we all cry/
shead a tear for the homie/
put on his track and grab anotha ol' E/
take it to the face in his name/
N jus remember what he did 4 the game.

Damn thats all i got time 4 but i thought i would drop a little rhyme in honor of woodie since i've been bumpin him 4 a while. like it says above i didnt know him on a personal level but i really felt him through his music and shit jus hit kinda hard like im sure it did everyone. RIP homie!
