Because it has the track Cloud #9 which like nobody has....
If you did rip it could you re rip track #9 Cloud 9 into mp3 format please
Listening to this the Pure Ghetto Anger the one I have has slightly better and cleaner sound quality
Still this is missing 1 track though the track is called Premediated.
However I'm thinking the Premediated is the same as the one on the album Da Resurrection listen closely to the very beginning of the track # 4 on this it has like 1 second of beat of Premediated off of Da Resurrection.
On Pure Ghetto Anger this track is suppose to be track #5 Street Mentality and the missing track Premediated is track #4 so even more reason to think its the same track.
