when i first met tray dee, i was with lil half dead in front of the vip record store and he had just got out that morning. and he was saying that he had the word that snoop was gonna help him get on. the look in his eyes was like people talk about jesus. he was doubtful because he didn't really know snoop and snoop only knew him by reputation. snoop really did come get him. had him on tour, got him in movies a group album the whole nine. and i repeat him and snoop didn't even know each other. snoop was just reaching out to a real hood vet and gave him an opportunity. snoop ain't owe that man nothing. snoop gave dude a way out the hood.
