I can see how you would say tupac and biggie, but no way Mac Dre, Dre wasnt no one on there level and influence on people,but honestly how many murders of black men are solved at all? wasnt it %80 percent of richmonds murders were unsolved? over half of vallejos 16 last years werent solved, has nothin to do with them being celebrities, less then %50 percent of SF murders were unsloved and a few were in broad daylight
^^^During the 1990s the proliferation of crack cocaine into the ghettos caused an increase in youth gang and gang violence, as well as a penchant for "unprovoked" homocides. These unprovoked homocides were usually caused by gang warfare, drugs, or other illegal activities. When no one snitches and the cops see "random" people getting killed without any reason or rhyme to it, they don't feel the need to continue the case. I forget the numbers but I think during the decade of 1990 the "Unsolved murder rate" multiplied exponentially.
