There's folks talkin bout they bloodin in NO and supposedly really got the link. I'm not saying someone from Cali/LA always goes to a place just that the influence has reached most most of these so-called hard hoods. LA doesn't just think like that NY does too, and the Chi somewhat as well, prob. That's why these 3 major cities influence a lot of the getdown in cities across America.
