domino swang by my pad about 6 months ago or so..he is a really humble,I know him and bossman hogg kick it every now and then.Domino although his best years may be behind him,he has recorded a few songs with...i cant mention this other..platinum westcoast legend from the lbc but they been recording a few songs I heard one over the phone and was blown away...Alos whether he is a legend or not..does that matter?...I mean whether he made 1 hot song or 20 he contributed something most of us all remember and love..he had an album out about a year ago thats pretty tight.
On a side note he was in the studio with DJ QUIK this year and called BOSSMANHOGG and put him on the phone with QUIk...It may seem insignificant but cool but some artists are selfish..like mc eiht who my boy has produced about 20-30 songs for...when 8 hooked up with snoop recently for the warzone project(8,kam,goldie loc) 8 called my boy saying come by snoops and lay some tracks this week....so the day of 8 calls and my boy asks is snoop there? 8 says no but come lay them down him and goldie loc was there...my boy was like..O.K. Ill be right over..and never showed..always scheming

Honestly I Didnt Respect Domino's Raps At All, But He's Definitely An Influence In The Music I Make.. He Tried To Mix The Funk Sangin Into The Whole Gangsta Genre... Him And Passion(The Bay).. Extra Funky On The Sangin Twang, And I Try To Do The Same Wit My Music.. I Remember Spice 1 Flipped The Ghetto Jam Melody On "Strap On The Side" Frum Amerikkka's Nightmare... He Might Not Be What Yall Feel, But He Did Make An Impact In Some Matter...

I felt the same way about the sangin, too. I didn't wanna say he was the "first" to do that style (because he most likely wasn't), but there was something about the way he did it that made it influential.

Man I thought that dude was wack from the get-go. They didnt play that niggaz shit on rapcity it was always on video-soul or whatever they used to call it. Dude was always annoying to me. I remember Snoop and them used to diss him sayin he stole his style from Nate Dogg.
