Good look on the screen shot.

I definitely am a homer when it comes to the Browns. I try to be unbiased, but it doesn't work. My apologies to Gimpypimp and everyone else.

But I honestly don't see them doing shit. Stallworth killed a guy, Edwards can't catch, Winslow is gone. The best player on their team is a kick returner. New coach, new system. No established quarterback. Aside from an improving line, there isn't much about that team that gets me excited.

just because you guys beat the Colts and they're on the list doesn't mean the Chargers should be

with that logic I should probably say the Cardinals are the top team in the NFC right? which is not true IMO

and the Colts ALWAYS have trouble with the Chargers... think about all the close games they've had... but I don't think the Chargers are a better team

you guys went 8-8... why would I put a .500 team in the top 10? and what big additions have you guys made? I admit I haven't been following the team closely... so if you have made big additions, please correct me

I know you're getting Meriman back... but what else?

the last 2 years the Chargers beat the Colts in the playoffs and people automatically start crowning them as a top team in the AFC during the offseason... last offseason a lot of people had them has the best team in the AFC

I give em props for getting their shit together towards the end of the season... but they aren't a top 10... unless they prove it to me...

I'm sure they'll win the AFC West this season... and end up with a better record than last season... but still...

And I'm not hating... I'm just calling it how I see it

so back to my original ? are basing this on last season or are you going on what you think the team will do this season. Youve admitted you dont know what the chargers have done this offseason, so im gonna take a stab in the dark and say you probably dont know what players the colts have lost this off season. im basically just trying to figure out if you were basing this on last season or this upcoming season....if its last season, then i agree with you...and no, i dont for one second think youre hating. Ive always looked at your posts as impartial and knowledgeable. I personally dont think the colts are a better team. they may have better players at certain positions but overall i dont think they are a better team.

am I basing it off last season?

well yeah... that's usually a basis of how we rate teams going into a season

that's usually some indication of how they're gonna do... you look at what they did last season... and factor in their draft/free agency/coaching changes/injured players returning/etc...

and yes I admitted I don't know exactly what they've done in the offseason... I'm pretty sure there wasn't any major moves... because those are the ones most NFL fans know about (example: Cutler going to the Bears... huge impact on a team)

I'm not an expert... just giving my perspective... so please tell me what the Chargers have done to improve off last season... because again... I may be wrong

and thinking about it... they really weren't that good last season... they were very average... barely snuck into the playoffs with an 8-8 record

they played the Colts in the first round... which was lucky for them... because as I stated before... they seem to match up with the Colts very well

then played the Steelers and lost

I honestly don't understand what makes people believe they are worthy of being a top 10 team
