salad days & st vincent have been getting a lot of play from me, that new war on drugs surprised me too cuz i thought their last album was just ok.

The new The War on Drugs album is one of my favorite releases so far this year. I always liked their stuff but it was never anything that really drew me in or that I listened to a whole lot, till this album that is.

If you breh's haven't yet, and have the chance, you really need to check them out live. They put on a great fucking show. Angus is like 6'7 and was dressed in a suit straight out of the 1800s and they just tore the place down. Their music sounds so awesome in a live setting.
