it's hard to explain, their older stuff was called nintendocore where it was heavy music with midi keyboards and retarded lyrics. This new album is really fucking dark, but still with midi's.

Hi there!

Sordo is finished, unfortunately. I just don't want the unnecessary burden
of being Sordo's owner anymore, being in the legal "grey area" it is in. I'm
actually surprised no action has been taken so far against the site.

Thank you to all the donators over the past couple of years, you have helped
pay for most of the hosting costs. And thank you to all the people who added
links to the database - you are the people who kept Sordo running.

Sorry for not updating Sordo like I said I would. It was in a pretty fucking
horrible state. I barely have used Sordo myself recently, as I just usually
use Google Blog Search instead. I hope you find it useful too.

I guess the whole story is some trolls, most likely from 4chan, went to the RIAAradar link he had posted for people to make sure they weren't posting albums that the RIAA were looking for and were flooding the site with those albums and posting stuff like "you wouldn't download a car" in the descriptions and shit like that.

It's more or less impossible to fuck up that site. People have tried before and failed. It's because it's a imageboard and not thread oriented. Within a few days tops anything posted on there is gone and on to the next thing.

And, it's not like it's really "4chan" behind anything, I should have made that clear. 4chan has whole boards that are normal, it's just that the /b/ or random forum tends to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, spot trolls and anon chill at.

Mark 7 will tell you straight up not to fuck with 4chan. There have been dumbasses on here that have wanted to go over there and spam Siccness.net/vb and shit like that. If that happened we would def get raided and they would do thousands of DDoS attacks. They could literally ruin this board if they felt like it.

That being said I check 4chan a few times a week when bored, it can be very entertaining.
