I dunno who's better out of Crabtree and Murphy... I really don't care.... all that matters is Murphy did his thing... and I think that was his breakout game

also... you gotta remember Murphy had Garbage ass Jamarcus Russell throwing to him for the first 10 weeks... as you can see his stats are better with a decent QB throwing the ball
not to take anything away from Murphy for yesterday but dude has dropped so many passes all year long. He definately has got it. If he can be more sure handed hes gonna be a problem in this leauge.

Every drop Murphy had this year, he made up for it. He saved Gradowski, when Gradowski just threw it up for grabs. This Murphy cat is clutch!!

I disagree. I love this guys future and his character and Im so glad he's on my team. But, some of his drops this year have been inexcusable, drive enders, and game changers. He has more drops than DHB. It hasnt been a problem for a few weeks but still his play yesterday does not make up for what happened earlier in the year.

Lets be real with ourselves. We have the worst receiving corps in the league this season. Murphy and Shillens are average. The passing game isnt rated last in the league for no reason. Yesterday was something to look forward too. I'm excited these guys can grow into something great. Bruce is loose but can he really be our QB of the future?

It's been a tough season and I am skeptical as hell of this team. So many holes everywhere. All I know is they played a great game yesterday and it felt good..

I understand what ur saying and agreed but earlier u said t was a mistake not taking him eArlier...bottom line its a business, raiders got him at a discount rate and found a diamond In The rough..nothing wrong with that, if Murphy continues to grow he will get paid on his next contract!!! You've argued with me aftr I told you dhb was a wasted pick all season. Imagine how nice crabtree andmurphy would be looking right now....
ya murphy was a diamond in the rough but it still negates the positive in the draft cuz of wasting our pick wit Drops Hella Balls.

No one needs to compare murphy vs crabtree. The whole debate was about dhb vs crabtree. Most raider fans from the get go never wanted dhb n already assumed he was gonna be trash.

The whole debate should be OVER ne ways. We all agree dhb was a horrible pick and crabtree is gonna be a great wr in this league. End of story.

I hear y'all but I am giving Murphy a pass on his drops because he makes up for them and comes through in clutch situations. He caught that TD against SD that put as ahead for the go ahead score (and also had one called back against the Chargers). The TD he scored against Cincinnati with seconds left was clutch and then yesterday he scores 2 times to put us ahead and caught the game winner. He's playing like he was picked 7th overall. He's proving not to be a fluke.

Now we need to send DHB to the bench or use him as our 3rd or 4th receiver. There's no way he should be starting ahead of Murphy.

A much needed win for our Raiders. Our running game was decent that wasnt even mentioned. We got over 100yrds against a Defense that shuts many RBs....

murphy is still young and has alot of potential, he showed what hes capable of doing with a good QB. Gradkowski reminds me of Gannon but with a better arm, he doesnt rely on the O line for protection like JR does. Cant wait to see how they do against the ForeSkins at the Coliseum on sunday.
