Also I wouldn't be suprised if Walter gets released since Culpepper is signed now..but I hope he gets a better shot at starting with another team

Brooks did screw up at times... especially against Baltimore when he fumbled snaps back to back... but I do recall Walter fumbling snaps in the same game.

Randy Moss screwing up too. Especially that game in K.C. when the Raiders were coming back. Brooks played his ass of in that game only to be screwed by Randy Moss. If you don't recall... Randy was supposed to split two defenders if he read zone... which K.C. was in. But no, instead of Randy splitting the defending this idiot was walking in back of the end zone. Yeah Brooks threw the pick because that was an anticipation throw. If Randy runs the correct route and catches the ball the Raiders win. I also remember Randy dropping a wide open TD pass from Walter against the 49ers. So don't point the finger soley at Brooks for screwing up. The whole offense was screwed.

But to say Brooks played worse than Walter is just plain stupid. Brooks and Walter played in the same offense behind the same line in the same system and Brooks' stats were better than Walter's in EVERY catagory in regards to the qb position. At least Brooks tried to make plays when the heat was on (damn near every play). Walter would either get sacked, fumble, or throw a pick when he was blitzed. At least Brooks had enough of awareness to hit his hot reads!

I wouldn't be suprised either because he's garbage! If Walter was any good the Raiders wouldn't have drafted Russell, traded for McCown and signed all these other qb's to compete. Walter is garbage! Walter will never start for an NFL team. He can't even throw a screen pass accurately... remember that screen he threw to Jordan against the 49ers?

It's all good... I wasn't trying to be disrespectful by calling you an idiot/stupid but when you said "your boyfriend Aaron Brooks was even worse" that struck a nerve.

I know people on here say I am qb jocker, nut rider, bandwagon fan and all that... but damn. I am not trying to come to Brooks' defense or show any bias but there's no way Walter played better than Brooks.

I dont agree Walter is garbage since no one has actually seen him play on an NFL offense.

oh is that rite? just like when Burgess left tha eagles he messed up his career by coming to Oakland huh? get tha fuk outta here
Are you fuckin retarded? Let me break this down for your slow ass..

Burgess and Moss are very different situations. I never said Moss went to shit just because he went to Oakland.. Moss went to shit because the Oakland offense WAS SHIT. Period.

Moss is a receiver.. Receivers need QBs who can get them the ball. You see how that works? The raiders had absolutely nobody who could get that done.

Burgess is a pass rusher. He works solo. He doesn't rely upon anyone else to get his job done. Again, do you see how that works?

In other words, Burgess would have probably done well wherever he ended up. Moss needs to be somewhere that has a competent QB and a formidable offense to be effective.

Use your fuckin head before you speak up. And LOL @ "get tha fuk outta here.." You were so confident that I was just hating on your squad. LMAO. Give me a fuckin break.

everything you say about the raiders is more often negative.. but I cant blame you, your a whiner fan so its in your blood to hate tha east bay team! Moss was just a cry baby bitch who gave up on his plays.. which the Raiders should have realized he's done the same in Minnesota.. I hope he fails with brady as well

Yeah yeah yeah.. I'm a "raider hater" blah blah blah.

It's funny how you clowns accuse me of "hating," yet everything I say is true and none of you can ever prove me wrong. So what do you guys do instead? Of course, you just call me a hater and cop out of the arguement when you know you've lost.

Whatever though.

By the way, good arguement you put up there RAS, you really proved to me that your original statement was not dumb as fuck. [/sarcasm]

FATAL DOG I DONT KNOW IF THATS REALLY TRUE. LET ME TELL YOU WHY. COLLINS AND MOSS WERE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFULL BEFORE THAT GAME AGAINST THE CHARGERS WHERE MOSSED TWEAKED SOMTHIN. AFTER THAT GAME MOSS HASNT PUT BIG NUMBERS UP AT ALL. I THINK ITS FAIR TO SAY THAT BROOKS IS NOT MUCH WORSE THAN COLLINS.

WHAT IM TRYNA SAY MOSS JUST NEEDS A GUY WITH A BIG ARM. HE HAD THAT WITH COLLINS. HE GOT INJURED AND HASNT BEEN THE SAME. BROOKS HAS A BIG ARM TO. SO ITS NOT ALL BROOKS FAULT. YOU HAVE TO TAKE IN CONSIDERATION HIS INJURY.

I ALSO BLAME COACH SHELL AND WHAT EVER THE FUCK HE DID WITH OUR LINE WITH THOSE OLE STONE AGE SCHEMES AND SHIT. C.P IS UNPROVEN WITHOUT MOSS. ONLY PLAYED I THINK ONE SEASON WITHOUT HIM AND I DONT BELIEVE HE PLAYED VERY WELL.

Extremely successful? Did you bother to watch them? Randy Moss was a gamebreaker in Minnesota because they knew how to utilize his talents. When he came to Oakland they couldn't utilize his talents the way they should have. Some of it had to do with the coaching staff not knowing how to use him, the rest had to do with their QBs not getting him the ball. Granted he was double- and triple-teamed a lot, but any good or even decent QB would have been able to expose the one-on-one coverage on other guys like Jerry Porter.. Then the D would have to back off Moss to stop those one-on-one matchups from taking place elsewhere on the field. But you guys had no QB who could get that done.

Somebody asked what Moss has done without Culpepper.. I said the fact that he was on the raiders is all that needs to be said. Receivers need QBs and a system that can get them the ball to be effective. Without that, the best WR in the league will do absolutely nothing.

I completely agree...

What I meant with that comment/question was, with everyone saying "Culpepper hasn't done shit without Moss..." (which is true), Moss hasn't done shit, either. Now, your arguement makes 100% sense, but for some to knock Culpepper because he 'hasn't done shit'...Like I said, Moss hasn't either in the past few years. He'll have to come in and prove what he can do, and that's what Culpepper will attempt to do.

I have said all along, if he can stay healthy, he'll be fine. It would be a real good pick up. If not...

I wonder if Plunkett can still QB.

Well Moss has a legit excuse, which I just explained. Culpepper on the other hand.. QBs aren't as dependent upon another player in regards to them being successful. QBs can create plays, they're in control of the ball from the snap. It's not quite the same, but the fact of the matter is Randy Moss didn't have much of a chance at putting up big numbers. Culpepper on the other hand had every opportunity. It's not like he had nobody to throw to, he had Chris Chambers in Miami and didn't do shit before he got hurt.

Very true, but I seriously do not believe he was 100%. Obviously, this is pure speculation, but he just didn't seem to be the 'same'...if that makes sense.

I don't think ANY player in the NFL is 100% all of the time, but he seemed to struggle with his mobility something horrible.

Hopefully he'll get a chance to play healthy; if he succeeds, great. If not...I guess I was wrong. I can admit that; some can't.
