^ no dude, like a previously stated, the government added an ingredient to these drugs so they wouldnt effect white people, they would only effect minorities, to start the addiction these drugs were put in into liquor at only the liquor stores that were in minority neighborhoods, this way they were all involuntarily taking these drugs, then once they were addicted, the government dropped off bags down the chimney of each good minority. bad minorities started killing for the drug, and that began the breakdown in minority neighborhoods. up your history game son

^^The fact that African Americans fall beyond in most of these categories, while African immigrants excel (even more so than the average American and average immigrant), speaks volumes. The only distinction is different legacies and different environments, in which their culture isn't compromised by a minority status and lack of identity for a few hundred years.
