i was talking to a guy from tennessee and he told me about a derogatory term for black people that i had never heard before. he swore up and down that people in tenessee used it all the time. moon cricket
has any1 ever heard this 1 and how did in origionate. most terms have a history or sterotype behind them and i cant figure this one out.

How did you and this guy get on BLACK PEOPLE anyway? I'm interested as to know more on how the conversation ORIGINATED....was it one of those let's exchange Racist terms about Black people? Kwowing that it's blacks on the board who may be offened (Yes, I'm black and HELL YES I'm offended) I don't even feel like getting into the BLACK v WHITE bullshit.......to be honest I'm so sick of all these RACE post and all that BULLSHIT. Of all the racial threads I've seen this is thus far the most racist one!

It's like making a post saying Hey, I'm black I live in Harlem and I'm curious to know what a PECKERWOOD is....that shit would not be cool at all. I'd deserve to be banned!!!

This conversation could have started in many ways. He could have just been talkin to some racist fucker and he could have started throwin shit out. That shit happens a lot, it's mostly older people. What was he supposed to do throw up a fist and yell BLACK POWER. No. I really don't feel comfortable when it happens to me but hey what can I do except let it roll off my back and accept the fact that theres lots of ignorant people in the world.

BTW I have heard Moon Cricket. I don't know where though.

its not something dude made up. ive heard it several times. you peeps think youve seen racism til you come to a redneck place like ohio or indiana or west virginia. it gets deeper than you can ever have a right to bitch about. especially being in places like cali where the only minorities are whites. you dont have it half as bad as you think you do.

I think the bigot that coined any racial slurs was an ignorant ass. I wish I could go back in time, find the first person to use a racial slur, and whoop his ass...then lock him in a cage in an undisclosed location for the remainder of his miserable life so he couldn't affect anybody's ability to think. Racism has got to be THE dumbest shit to ever exist...like, what the FUCK??
