Phunky Phat Graph-X has been such a trendsetter in the music industry, they deserve being mentioned and praised for helping to pave the road that they did. They laid the foundation for most of the artwork you see today, as far as the outlandish, flashy, animated, colorful Album Covers and Artwork. Then came Pen & Pixel and so many others, then later down the line Photo Doctors & countless others.

Phunky Phat was my inspiration for becoming a graphic designer. So here's to them.

Feel free to post up some of your favorite Phunky Phat artwork, and I'll post some too.

Sorry to hear this...used to just look thru my CD's and admire the Phunky Phat artwork. RIP Tracy...definite bay pioneer...creating the right visual package to represent the music was an important art in itself.

RIP to one of the best art work designers. Looking through some of these album covers again and still to this day look on point!
