I never met the man personally but every since I first heard his CD "Heart of a Gangsta, Mind of a Hustla, Toungue of a Pimp" I've been hooked. MD is a true Bay Area legend and will live on. His death hit me just as hard as Tupacs did. A true loss of a great person and great rapper. Once again Rest In Peace Andre Hicks! The Yay and Northern Cal will never forgot you. You'll always be in our hearts and your music in our ears!!

man i cant lie...i was still in denial until i made it out here and got to actually chop it up wit my niggas out here in vallejo...words cant describe the shit thats goin thru all our heads.....fans and family...its more than a loss...its a constant ignorance among our people that seems to be endless....too many have died the same way or in similar incidents....this shit is crazy family....im out here...and times standin still ...period...im just glad the last time i seen dre..it was all love and we popped it to the maximum as usual......broadcastin live from the bay....syk
