that was what I'd heard. He also had like a pound of weed on him. This was before the dating shows when I was living out in NY. You gotta figure, there's so much traffic out there if you're faded on a bike (at night) someone is might hit you and kill you with their car or they swerve and hurt themselves or someone else. You can also get a ticket for DUI for driving tired in New Jersey unless they changed that law which makes a little sense I guess.
