On 1, you can say whatever the fuck you want, but the school has the right to enforce their OWN rules. If your straight up telling lies about a person (think fellow student) that are harmful to that person then you are disrupting this individual's right to learn. It's all depending on circumstances really.
On 2, shouldn't be a problem with this and the school, if there was a problem imagine the political uproar this would cause.... But anyways some fag brought a dude (from another school) to junior prom at my school and they both got their heads cracked by some fool when they were slow dancing, shit was funny as fuck. Best believe he was kickin it with his female friends senior ball the next year. Comedy
