If you met a dude at your job or he was your neighbor or something, yall click up and become lightweight homies. Fools woofin on the job site, he had your back. When it was time to get faded he always put in on the smoke and the drank. He came up on some hook-up for some bitches he met, he would pull you in so you can get plugged with the hoes too. He was just a cool ass muhafucca. Yall hangin all the time because now this is like one of your boys.


BUT THEN, you find out he was born and raised in Los Angeles. Even though he has never came at you on no gang shit, or never even mentioned or gave his opinion on no gang shit.

Would yall still be cool?

What about you go to your boys house to go swoop him up, he running late so you sittin in your car waitin for him to come out the house. WHile you waitin his kids say wassup to you, his wife invtes you in so you aint gotta sit in the car, but you are like naw, we are already late (this is just showin you cool with his fam), then he comes out rushin to the car puttin on his shirt and you notice he has a large tattoo across his back that says FLORECIA 3CE SUR Califas. Remember he has never came at you with no gang shit, yall are real cool with each other, and you just happen to see this tattoo on a fluke.

Would yall still be boys?

Say you ask him about the tattoo, he says he was involved with that back when he ws a youngster, but now that he 35 or so he moved his family out of LA to get away from all the negative shit, and raise his children in a better place.

Would you respect that? Or would it be a problem?


(Just some shit I was thinking about, it sound like one of them old school "choose your own adventure" books LOL, I know a few folks in situations like this tho)

my take on that shit but remeber this aint cali this is new mex. here we bang on skrapz and shit too but i got a good homie i grew up with that bangz the south but he grew up with nortenoz and he bangs on skrapz too and haz backed us up in some throw downz with other skrap gangs he bumpz woodie and stuff too just not the songs that disrespect .. my point is that everyone haz bitch azz homiez and if you aint had one you are one but shit i'm more glad i'm homiez with this fool then some snitchin bitch ass homiez i've had in the past ya know but also down here and texaz they dont like cali surenoz or how they bang so south is alwayz fighting south down here constantly we got like 5 south side gangs in town and none of them like eachother it'z crazy so most timez we sit bak and let them pop eachother..LOl

shit im bored, so i'll answer this... If you've been banging long enough you know pretty much who is from where just by looking at them, and if you cant tell by looking then you know by their attitude ... Northerners have a different swag then southerners so off top you should know not to fuck with dude on no hook up shit in the first place. Now if your a homeboy "Norteno" and you bang then off top the first thing you do is introduce yourself, Name and hood and then ask if that person bangs. Now heres where it gets twisted, if hes a sureno the he shouldnt be trying to be cool with a norteno in the first place, but if he doesnt bang no more and says im just doing the famly thing then its up to that norteno what he wants to do. Me, Imma take flight cuzz once a sureno always a sureno, how many nortenos has that fool shot, killed or hurt while he was banging? So fuck him. And for real, if your from L.A. and a Sureno, do you really think Northern California is a good place to retire? come on now. And so many surenos have said they dont bang and they wanna do the family thing when you hit em up, then you find them banging on the internet or see em flagging their colors talking shit as they drive by you in a car...so in the end fuck em! well...the only scraps i chill with or talk to are family(got a cousin and uncle from Mom's side, not sure bout Pop's side, My uncle says theres couple guys reppin that shit). As for friends i grew up with, it split both ways. Only one of em that became a scrap i occasionally just say whats up to..nothing big just a nod..cuz that shit aint coo in the first place. we just put that aside cuz we grew up together as close friends.
But one of my old friends i see em riding by and say whats up...fucker ignores me. I tell another one of my friend's "I saw **** the other day, and fool ignored me." he tells me, "that guy?, he's a big ole Sureno now ey, thinks he's too good for his old friends now."


idk...i usually come right out and ask em if they've had gang ties. Like vatos at work/school....ive had couple guys that look like straight up homeboys or scraps and they'll be like "nah i aint into that shit." Then i let em know what im about, and tell em i dont associate with rivals(active or drop-outs), and if they used to be a scrap...just dont fuck with me at my place of work...im here to make my money and support myself and help the family with bills and shit
