at that time....columbians were / are some crazy motherfuckers. those bullets and chainsaw were meant for anyone who was to supposedly do business with them. they were in that area to rob, not make deals. the coca was a prop in order for the cats to feel comfortable about bustin' the cash out......one of the oldest tricks out there.

omar knew that shit, that's why he gave that mission to tony.

tony had already did the favor for frank, so giving that job to tony was a way to 1.) see what tony was about 2.) 1st impressions are everything, and tony didnt exactly do well with omar off the top. so what does omar do, besides feed tony and crew to the wolves? he gives tony exactly what he left cuba for.....oppurtunity. not an easy one mind you, but it's what tony came to the states to get.....tu sabes?

I think tony knew it too, that's why he planned it out the way he did.

it's chi-chi & manolo's fault angel died......they were there to look out for tony, not look at pussy.

and what happened at the end....monolo let the pussy get him killed.


moral of the story......pussy always gonna be there, but oppurtunities are not.

no i think it was tony who fucced up that deal...the columbians had the yayo and tony had the money, but tony is gonna "MAKE HIS OWN MOVES"...which is why when tony is on the phone wit omar afterwards he says "FUCK YOU! i take it lopez myself"...

if tony had not done all that he would have been still working under omar as an erand boy...
