Question about harrasment at a job

Homie there is a reason she wants you gone. If you was taking care of busineess at work,she wouldn't be out to get you.

You got three choices at this point. You can:

1) Call an attorney and get their opinion on the situation and see if there is a case.

2) Find another job and don't list your current job as a reference.

3)Wait it out and see what happends.

Your only gonna be working 1 day a week and that won't pay the bills man.

i know what your sayin,but like i said,i dont NEED this job.she wants me gone,thats already established,but before this ever happened she wanted me to quit.............



bout 3 or 4 months back i was workin 6 days a week.i asked my supervisor if i can have 2 days off a week.he told me if i would like weekends or 2 week days off,i told him weekends if he's offering.he told me ok,i would work monday thru friday.well the next week i look at my scheduale and i only have 3 days.the boss did that.she gave me a bullshit answer why.the answer she gave me condradicts what she said to another employee,basicly the bitch is a liar.any way,when the second scheduale came and my hours were cut again,i told my brother (him and her were cool) that she cut my hours again.he told me "Lynn (boss) said if your gonna quit then you better hurry up and do it".what kinda shit is that? from that point on im like fuck it.i even asked her again why she cut my hours a few weeks back.i bought up how she contradicted herself and she got a stoooooooooopid ass look on her face and was like "yeeeeeeaah,i said that" and switched subjects real fast.............


i already applied for a couple jobs,but the reason why i am at that job and the specific location was my availability of hours i can work plus some other factors.............

plus i was takin care of business.i was a good employee,her boss even oferd me a maintanence position makin more money but i couldnt due to my work hour availability.she gives cats with less experience more money than me,and them cats are new.theres alotta shit man.i pretty much just wanna piss her off,get her a write up or some shit then im outta there.........
