question about bench pressing

work ur chest all in one day... just kill that shit... fuck with a lot of dumbells

I always switch up my routine every month or so to shock my muscles... but this is my current one

day 1: chest, abs, forearms
days 2: shoulders, triceps
day 3: legs, abs
day 4: back, biceps

and repeat

also a tip... NEVER EVER work your chest out when your shoulders are sore, you're gonna fuck around and tear a rotator cuff, trust me, I did it and it put me out for like 4 months

that's why I work my shoulders the day after I do chest, so I have a longer period of time in between the 2

I'm sorry but so many people are very un-educated. Yes work your muscles out and don't push it so you're working out already sore muscles but fuck! Push yourself do reach the maximum results which is sure what you want. When you work out a specific muscle, work out ever angle to the fullest.

This thread is all about "bench" as in chest well listen up.

Seriously do alll angles of the chest and sure you're going to be sore for the first few weeks but fuck it.

Seriously the best work out for your chest consists of:

Regular bench
Incline bench
Decline bench (most people forget to because they're retarded)
Fly's
Cable crossovers

LOTS AND LOTS of pushups help to.

^ Yeah, it would actually help IMO, because for most of us, our dominant hand is usually stronger, so dumbells helps even it out so that sides get an equal workout...when you use a regular bench, your dominant side is going to assist more...

As far as your bench pressing question. I always like to just totally smoke the chest so I would usually do flys, regular, incline, decline, and cable cross overs but if you're just starting you might wanna take it slow, or atleast real light. Also don't be afraid to mix dumbells(regular,incline,decline) in there to every once in a while.
and i bet your a weak pussy, how the fuck is he gonna grow, if he is breaking his muscles down every 48 hours? if you can work the same muscle 48 hours later, your not working hard enough.

Damn, you feel better about yourself now? Like I said when you first start you'll propably only be able to workout a certain muscle once maybe twice a week at most. After a while though your body becomes conditioned to repair quicker. Especially if you're eating right, hydrating, and getting good sleep. At least it's always been like that for me. Settle down Arson.

i bet you would be bigger, and stronger with 2 times a week.
