I always switch up my routine every month or so to shock my muscles... but this is my current one
day 1: chest, abs, forearms
days 2: shoulders, triceps
day 3: legs, abs
day 4: back, biceps
and repeat
also a tip... NEVER EVER work your chest out when your shoulders are sore, you're gonna fuck around and tear a rotator cuff, trust me, I did it and it put me out for like 4 months
that's why I work my shoulders the day after I do chest, so I have a longer period of time in between the 2
