on the topic...finally got to hear the album all the way through and its not as bad as i thought it would be but regardless im not going to feel it cause i dont like that mainstream sound,but i could see why cats would be feeling it,just not my thing

Heatmakers are tight, but i think they can only make shit for the diplomats, its a sound that so tuned in, if i heard a heatmakers beat I'd say thats for Cam....Juelz....etc..... they got a different sound, which is good these days.....I like the beats off that first Diplomats album

How come the people in the Death of hip hop sig are all black and those in The Life Of Hip Hop sig are at least a third white?

I liked Lynch by Inch i thought it was tight. The Cam is tight as well, i'm not normally a Dipset fan but Purple Haze is a solid rap album str8 up, everything works. Cam is on point with his lyrics and the beats smack hard.

What are else are you lookin for in a rap album?

damn,you are looking way to far into those sigs,they are jokes...the fact that one happens to be all black and the other all white is just a coincidence,i could switch the rappers around and put eminem and bubba sparks in the death one,or put mf doom and vordul mega in the life one,it makes no difference...the reason its all white guy is cause it just happens to be the lineup or rappers on a certain label....and people that know that label would recognize that cause that is exactly how it is displayed on their site...i dont even like those rappers,was just supposed to be a mainstream vs backpacker/underground type thing...race has nothing to do with it


and what else would i want from an album?...originality...in my OPINION it doesnt sound much different than any other mainstream album out there,get tired of it real fast,loses its appeal to me after a couple spins due to its lack of real content

but of course i am wrong right?
