I have a confession, I occasionally bump MOTORHEAD "THE ACE OF SPADES" ....loud.

very loud.

That's a good thing. There's no shame in bumping Motorhead! Motorhead, rarely, if ever, get's laughs from people. I remember one of my teachers in high school referring to Kiss as "bubblegum rock" (he was also a Ramones and Motorhead fan).

I used to rep punk to the fullest when i was in High School.

Avail, Reagan Youth, OP IV, NOFX, the K-Rays I rolled hard on that shit for a minute. I used to go to a local "punk" shop and just buy random vinyls to hear new shit. Yeah.. vinyls. But I was more into my local scene so a lot of it I don't even remember the name of, and even if I did I probably couldn't get a copy of the tapes they used to hand out anymore anyway.

Fuck that screamo shit. If you wanna act hard then take off your fuckin' Hot Topic dickies and your 30 dollar fuckin' suspenders and learn what a real fuckin' mowhawk is, you shoebrush wearin' motherfucker.

Blink is borderline emo, but they're pop punk anyway so what's really the diff when it comes down to it? That shit is for 16 year old girls.

The Distillers have probably the best female voice I've ever heard in punk rock. Brody Dalle. She's just as good live as she is on record. Tim Armstrong's ex-wife.

I'd spend a good 15-25 hours a week fucking her if she was my girlfriend.

Probably one of the last bands to form that you could still consider "punk rock" that was true to the original formula. A bit more modern, but still good.

I listen to a lot of punk rock. Mostly when I weight train these days. It gives me a certain type of energy that I don't get from metal or or 'hard' rock bands. Fuck Stained and Disturbed. Here's a couple others I'm fond of.
