promethazine alone is good for nausea and helping as a sleep aid, if u tryna git fucked up off it, it better be prometh/codiene syrup, or prometh is garbage by itself.

Shit I was sick at work and our lady who does the billing and payroll was also sick...her doc gave her some liquid hydrocodone, she offered some to me, she said "go take a couple spoon fulls if you want." I took that bottle into the kitchen at work and took two big ass spoon fulls and was high as hell for the rest of the day at work, and the ride home..hahaha....
