That doesn't mean your healthy at all...If you run twice a week 1 mile and you eat 10 miles and sit on your ass the rest of the week

You should run a mile a day...at least try. The result is you increase your lifespan 30 years

Dude i run at least 2x a week for 1 mile, and i live in mn... When i go outside, my balls come out my ass its so cold

Then when i get back i play mortal kombat so it balances out
i live in MN too

you can easily run a mile a day..........there are not that many days where it is so cold out you can't run.......plus now it's spring

you might be healthy in that regard, but it doesnt mean your healthy, i gurantee you if you asked your doctor he would suggest losing weight

since were on the topic, since me and my ex fiancee [psycho bitch] broke up and ive been living back at home ive gained like 30 lbs, starting back to the gym this week and working out atleast an hour a day

this is very true, it also gives u alot of testosterone which makes u fuck ur girl longer and more often then u would be able to if u were fat. just figure i'd throw that out there lol
