Wel yeah if you go outside against a tree or against a building or car or anywhere in public.

That's why we got those things in the photo above. A blessing for us guys but there is no alternative for the females.

So you are allowed to urinate everything in your city then?

you can piss anywhere in the united states, come on have you been living under a rock? everytime i take a walk to the store ill see someones named spelled out in piss on a wall or something. its actually a fun game to 'x' out other peoples names with your piss. sometimes we get real creative and sabatoge a newspaper stand so when you open your paper theres a big pile of dookie. we even settle disputes by having pissing contests, sometimes for whoever can piss the farthest, the longest, sometimes ill hang my dick out of my window on the freeway and let it go on the car behind just for shits and giggles. actually in seattle you can get fined for not pissing on certain trees and using a public restroom instead. its a 15$ environmental irresponsibility fee for wasting essential plant nutrients

What happens if you're caught urinating in public?
Q: I heard that if someone in Seattle gets caught urinating in public, they're immediately required to register as a sex offender. Is that true?
A: No.
Urinating in public, while disgusting, is not considered a sex offense under Washington law.
A person is guilty of urinating in public if he or she intentionally urinates or defecates in a public place, other than a washroom or toilet room, under circumstances where such act could be observed by any member of the public, according to the Seattle Municipal Code.
The fine is $27, a police spokesman said.
A public place is defined here. First time offenders aren't considered criminals, according to this section of the code, but people who have previously violated the urinating law or failed to appear when served with a previous ticket for the offense is guilty of a misdemeanor.

"Public place" is an area generally visible to public view and includes
streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots,
automobiles (whether moving or not), and buildings open to the general
public including those which serve food or drink, or provide entertainment,
and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds
enclosing them.

Downtown, Pittsburg. Southeast Dago.
im guessing it was because he was at the beach, there was a bathroom like half a block away across the street, the alley has residential entrances and the beach is pretty packed...im not sure the exact charge they gave him but police pretty much hate skaters on the beach..so yeah dude was being a dickhead...the cops in that area have a problem with the little skaters trying to sell drugs at the bordering liquor store near where dude got caught

dude prolly did it to make an example out of the skaters....cops are asses out there they ALWAYS follow people and try to catch them slipping at the pedestrian yield...trying to catch people smokin at the beach and all types of bullshit...they even set up sobriety checkpoints around that same spot too..wackest beach to hit at night cuz of the tweekers
