nobody- if it is a gang tat and u want it removed u can get outreach people to remove it 4 u. a friend of mine used to work at an outreach in the mission and they did some of that stuff.

They said I don't qualify anymore, tho I had that chance. It take a lot of treatments and I really don't want any extra unneccessry social worker interaction in my life.
