I've skimmed through it, and it sounds a lot slower than church mouth, a lot! The drums arn't as apparent either. It might just be my laptop speakers at such a low volume, i'll check it tomorrow in the car.

Its been dead the last two months albums wise...but this and that new Mogwai (which is amazing, btw) are finally picking things back up.

Yeah I like it a lot too, you can hear phil's influence on the album too, it has a lot of string sections. I like never pleased and 1989 a lot, it should've been 1988 though. I forgot which song was it but on one of the songs, towards the end, i'm not sure whether it's a girl singing or if it's him.

I love how Hard Times thru Our Way all blends together.
