You gotta be kidding me if you didn't think Clay Bennett isn't going to move the Sonics. That was his intent from day one. There is only one person that can keep the Sonics here and it's not going to happen.

With that said, Seattle will get an NBA team after the Sonics leave. There is a very wealthy owner from Seattle who has a team in a small market, and a franchise that is trying to turn itself around. Hmmmm..........

Its the power of positive thinking my man lol. Plus the problem with moving the team is that the two major markets I have heard tossed around all have huge holes. David Stern absolutely does not want an NBA team in Las Vegas because of the potential to fix games, and Oklahoma's market is tiny compared with the Seattle-Tacoma market. I could be wrong, but Clay Bennet is a business man and it doesn't make business sense to move the team away from Seattle. What does make sense is to turn the team into a perrenial winner and reenergize the Seattle fans.

OKC couldnt even sell out tickets for a team that was a potential PLAYOFF team...so why does Clay think he can put a team ther PERMANATLY that isnt a post-season lock and sell out every night? Not to mention, that arena seats around the same that Key Arena does...

It just dont add up.
