At the beginning of the day I said 20% chance they stay, now I think it's up to 40% chance they stay but I'll definitely be with you if they leave. With 3 Washington (2 Seattle) natives on the roster and a coach who used to play/coach for the Sonics, them having all their games on TV in Seattle, we'd have to go for the Blazers.

i guess it's cool...i wouldn't really care if the sonics left though...not in the least. all that "build a new arena or we'll leave" shit was stupid...fuckin leave! they SUCK...it's not like we don't have the Mariners and Seahawks...and anyone sayin we'd lose revenue...no shit. but oregon has ONE sports team, while in WA we have 3 (could be 2 if the sonics leave) so we're still doing fine. and then the tax payers wouldn't have to fork out $50 million for a new arena for a team that won't get to the playoffs for another 5 years at least.

lets just hope the sonics don't pick some 7'6" moron that can't do shit. they tend to make the worst fucking draft picks....except desmond mason...but they traded him...

Fuck that. Sonics will be staying after they make the playoffs next season. Durant is definitely a first year impact player. Start Durant and move Wilcox to the 5 and Imagine the lineup;

You gotta be kidding me if you didn't think Clay Bennett isn't going to move the Sonics. That was his intent from day one. There is only one person that can keep the Sonics here and it's not going to happen.

With that said, Seattle will get an NBA team after the Sonics leave. There is a very wealthy owner from Seattle who has a team in a small market, and a franchise that is trying to turn itself around. Hmmmm..........

i am SOOOOO happy bout this i think its great for the town(s)

however, anyone who thinks rashard lewis is gonna be a sonic this season i would say they are smoking crack.

hes a free agent and with seattle more than likely selecting durant your gonna either see him bounce or sign and trade which means seattle gets someone anyways, and if he just leaves then we have all that extra money to go get someone to add to the ray allen/kevin durant/???

the sonics are SOOOO back.

sign and trade rashard lewis and package him to minnesota with luke ridnour and sene for kevin garnett anyone???? hehe.....
