I know one thing, policemen in Oakland better be careful. Niggas is gunning for them more than usual. Niggas aint never needed a reason to shoot at police, now they have a little extra incentive. RIP OSCAR GRANT!!

I DONT THINK THE BART COP WHO SHOT GRANT DID IT ON PURPOSE, I THINK HE WAS TRYING TO GO FOR THE TASER. HE WAS FUMBLING FOR HIS TASER AND ENDED UP WITH THE GUN SOMEHOW, CAUSE I DOUBT HE OR ANYONE WOULD WANT THE DEATH OF AN UNARMED MAN ON THEIR CONSCIOUS..

^^^Check this out bruh, how the fuck could he be reaching for his taser if his taser was on the other side of his belt? How could a cop make that big of a mistake? Besides, the taser gun don't even look like the real gun. The top is painted yellow. They showed a picture on Channel two news. Fuck these dumbass excuses. The cop needs to be in jail until Oscar's mama forgives him.

If u look at the vid, right before that fuck shoots, he goes and grips it with both hands like a pistol.

That was murder.

And how could someone be that dumb to mistake a taser for a pistol. Are tasers that fucking heavy?

Members of the community have wanted to have an independent review panel on the police department for some time seeing as they are employed by the community and given such power, but the police department has fought it in the past citing they should police themselves since they are the police.

The man shot to death by police officers last week was wanted for murder in Mexico.

Jose Peyan-Leal, 22, was shot Jan. 4
Authorities say Peyan-Leal shot a homeowner and stole his car before officers spotted him.

There was a short chase before the suspect rolled the stolen Dodge Durango on the airpark tarmac.

Officers ordered him out of the vehicle, and broke the back window.

Authorities say officers then ordered the man to leave the SUV with his hands up, but he ran from the wreckage.

After repeated orders to stop, three officers opened fire killing him.

Monday the department ruled that all three acted within departmental policy and state law.

The department said Peyan-Leal was wanted for murder in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

But police say that did not play a role in the departments ruling on the shooting.

I think due to what u quoted, and the man having shot sum1 prior to him getting caught is reasonable cause and the cops were looking out for the safety of themselves and the public...
