They need to start offering PSP games on the PSN network. The PS3 is powerful enough to handle those games and they can set the price above the regular PSN games but also set them just below the retail cost of the physical PSP title (like $6 or $7 less.)
Exclusive content in the form of t.v. shows/channels (similar to the deal espn has with MS), music (specifically recorded for PSN) and other anicillary products people actually want would make this a bit more attractive.
