i dont think so. from the jump the d.a. was out for blood. there was never a plea bargain on the table that didnt include the same sentence he just got.

unless im wrong and you want to dig it up im pretty sure he was never offered probation.

if I can find over weekend I will post, but I had heard a few different options 1 that included at most 30 days and he would have been back by training camp!
