I agree about the hands..they look hella off, and he looks too dodged/burned or whatever..
Just because he's sending you mixtapes (after you had to ask) doesn't mean shit.. If he never asked your permission to use them, that's not right. As someone mentioned here before you do have great stock photography, you should look into that. Check out www.istockphoto.com. Great way to generate some extra cash. Don't settle for giving away your photos for someone else to make money off... Trust me, i've been in your situation before plenty of times

i told trajik that cuz he came at me real askin to buy it and i said he can use it for free

No problem, and yes people make actually quite a bit of money on that site, and thats one of many websites where you can sell stock photography. You can also purchase photos & graphics if you are into design or just if you need a photo for print. Reasonable prices as well.
As an up and coming photographer you should check out www.ModelMayhem.com - i have an account there and have done several photoshoots for models and makeup artists on there. Great spot to collab and network with other people. Its like a myspace but for photographers, models & makeup artists. They also have a forum kind of like siccness

I don't do designs as much as photography anymore, and when i did i always used royalty-free images from sites such as gettyone.com and istockphoto.com that i pay for.
im sure plenty of people take photos and images from google, but this man posts on the same forum as you, so out of respect you should have asked for permission. I'm not saying you're the only person that does this, because it's happened to me before, and plenty others - but he should know his rights as a photographer.
