move the paper closer and closer towards the door so that she gets more used to shitting int hat area then keep moving it until it's outside and then she'll shit there, and if she shits in the house again slap her or something.

@Ihatefatpple i gotta few suggestions but its gonna take awhile and a lot of patience. 6weeks - 8 weeks is very young and still a newborn, if you take tall andrews advice would you hit a 6 week old baby if it pissed or shitted when he/she dont have a diaper? Well back to what i was saying @ that age their stool(shit) is very soft to the touch and pups that young dont cant hold their piss or shit so expect them crapping or pissing in their crate if your not around much. They usually have to go every 1 - 3 hours depending if they are sleeping or awake. This can go upto 16weeks of age. Its gonna take a good sense of reading your puppy so you can prevent this. Right when she wakes up shes gonna wanna go thats a given right there, reason just like people after a nap or a goodnight sleep nature calls. Right before or after playing shes gonna wanna go; reason is a lot of movement to her bladder and intestinal movements causes her to go. If you catch her sniffing take her out. Any animal smells for their spot where they feel comfortable from a previous spot so they tend to sniff their place to do their duty. Always praise your pup when she goes. If she makes a mistake dont yell or make sudden moves that'll scare her. When my dogs were pups i got them used to the saying "lets get busy!" when they would go and to this day i still say it cause its a term that reasures them that they are doing something right and a good job. Try it for a few weeks see how she catches that phrase overtime. Some more advice i can give you is theres tons of books and puppy magazines that you can buy or the next time you go buy puppy food you can read for a few before you hit the counter that always help. I hope you find my advice useful and prevents you from taking the abussive route of raising your APBT.

AT LIL' MACK AN AMSTAFF "AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER" IS NOT THE SAME AS AN APBT "AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER" WHICH ARE CONSIDERED TWO SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT BREEDS BY ANY KENNEL CLUB, YOU JUST USUALLY SEE ONLY AMSTAFFS AT DOG SHOWS AND NOT APBT'S
