I don't believe deepsleep is going for platinum plaques or the look. I'm not gonna get into turf politics but if you slap any release from the nortelation to city mob status your gonna get a errray or thats whats up in the mission! I always cop 5 copies off tone and pass em out to factors outta state regardless of the look....
That's an interesting take on it. I'd even say that's a good take on it. I think you'd agree if you heard the material. Personally I'm not a fan of the high contrast low-saturation washed-out look that I see on a lot of covers. I don't think we have "great" covers either but there's only a few local indie covers that I feel are good and stand out.
We appreciate the offer Tragik. Unless we sit down and talk about it and go a whole different route it'll probably remain as it is. The cover has to fit the theme so you'd have to come by and hear the material also. I don't feel comfortable with a cover that is aesthetically pleasing but doesn't fit the theme/content.
All the other comments, constructive criticism, and support is appreciated also.

And a bunch more that I'm not going to list at the moment. I look forward to seeing all the feedback from the album once it's released. It's a big difference from Blockmade or the other albums we've put out so far.
