It's not really about the race, rather about the goal. Personally, I believe that The BPP and Huey P. were the closest thing America has had to a revolution since this country came along. There were also the Young Lords in NY who were doing the same also. But the BPP was the group that really made things come along. If the government reached the point of calling them Public Enemy Number one then they must have been doing something right, or rather wrong depending on the point of view.
