Stephen Sommers is directing the film.

James McCullen Destro XXIV. McCullen’s Military Armaments Research System is the largest manufacturer of state-of-the-art weaponry, providing high-tech arms to any side able to meet his price and will incite war where it does not exist. Unfortunately the character photo was taken before McCullen’s face was disfigured, and covered by A swarm of nano-mites, giving him the iconic metallic mask, which allows the Cobra Commamder to control his mind.

WHAT ABOUT ZARTAN (DUDE WHO CHANGED COLOR WHEN YOU PEELED HIS MASK OFF)AND THE DREADKNOKS...ALL THEM DUDES WAS ON BIKER STATUS. I REMEMBER READING THE BACK OF THE TOY PACKAGES WHEN I WAS A KID AND IT SAID THE DREADKNOKS WERE DESPISED BY REGULAR COBRA TROOPS CAUSE OF THEIR BODILY ODOR...LOL

funny no one mention that cobra commander and star scream from transformers were played by the same voice actor and were my favorite cartoon characters when i was a kid.

hopefully they put Cobra Commander in the flick cuz you cant have GI Joe with outhim. And I doubt that Serpentor would be in this movie because he would be something to build up to for a part 2 if there is one. Fool had a flying whip!

^^Thats what I was thinkin they were the same voice. They said he died some time ago on the Transformers commentary.
Its been a long time ago since I remember watchin this. I hope its a lil bit a mature movie than Street Fighter type.
Its been so long but ya think Sgt Slaughter gonna play his own role. sure hes old now.

My best friend has about a hundred figures, the multi-piece aircraft carrier, numerous planes, motorcycles, boats, and jets from the late 80's Hasbro(?) line. He's got them in his attic and I'm sure they're worth thousands of dollars now.
