Bottom line this shit is to be expected when your young rolling around in 200,000 whips without the suit and tie to match. It's inevitable your gonna draw attention good and bad. Phil likes to show out so that makes him an easy target. Last thing he should be doing is yelling fuck the police, just gonna make him hotter than he already is or make an example out of him. Gotta smarten up and use better judgement. I wish him the best of luck.
my basic opinion is for the most part, black and mexican youth are destroying them selves all on that "im the victim" mentality. most of it cus it was ingrained in them. blaming everybody else for where they're at and for what they dont have. this fuck the police mentality is just feedin the scapegoat.

Was there any additional fees other than the ticket and the impound (good thing you swooped the next day and didn't wait a couple)?

I still had to pay the tow fee (release from opd and tow yard fees) because they said they drove it too their Eastmont substation where the tow truck picked it up.
With that mentality fam, it won't straight up. The road may be less traveled, but there is a path if you are willing to seek it.
No doubt the world is about self interest but at the end of the day if a person cannot make it happen blame yourself for that there. If we lived in a third world country then I could understand that feeling but the worst ghetto in America got nothing on them, real talk.
It isn't what we don't know that stops our progress, it is what we think we know that hinders it. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself to the wealth of knowledge available and open your mind. It isn't as bad as we think, it is in our minds....

politicians use school funding cuts, along with public safety, as leverage cus they're all a bunch of faggets. the unions and admin snatch big chunks cus gov>unions>admin>teachers. thats the food chain. thats the public school business. teachers are the pawns, or i should say our kids are. on our dollar too. most kids go public by default so the schools dont have to give it their all. private schools on the other hand have to prove them selves in order to make parents say "ima give you my money instead of some free boo shit". its a whole different business as far as how its ran from the roots to blossoms. and it shows visibly and on paper. these politicians dont give a fuck about us. dont let the D party fool you. they're the main ones eatin off us and pretty much have us on lock.
