one more thing...dont feel limited to what you want to talk about based on the decription in the titel of the forum...if there is something you want to bring up or talk about in genreal hip hop or whatever,post it up!! you can make gen hip hop whatever you want by posting certain thread and bringing up certain topics...i listen to a bunch of underground eastcoast artists myself,i wouldnt mind seeing some cormega or MF doom threads and shit like that,post that shit up

I mean I'm pretty sure they have an East Coast version of how the SICKNESS is made up....I've never looked but I'm pretty sure it's around.

I mean there has been time when I have had niggas at my house smoking, playing Madden and whatnot.....I'll play some West Coast/Bay shit and fools will be like aww that shits sounds alright I'm feelin it....they ask where he from? seems like you all have the attitude that East Coast rap is "mainstream" rap. there's a lot more to it than Jay-Z and 50 Cent, honestly I could give a fuck about em. of course you can,as well as you could southern music,midwest music all the other things repersented on this board...but i am from the bay and i happen to listen to some underground east coast artists,along with the other genres i just mentioned so i want ppl from the bays opinion on those artists and wether they listen to them....i could go to an eastcoast forum and listen to them jock those artists all day,i want to know what bay cats think of them...besides im one of the ones that didnt want the eastcoast forum,i was just saying,if you happen to have a question about something east coast or anything thing else music-wise that is repersented in the other forums,this is the place...i dont go to 4 different forums everyday to try to get all my music areas covered,i just come here,so its nice to have those outlets...i mean,i personally could care less if they werent here or not,i have been going to bart and the 91siccness since they were just that,nothing more,the addition of the newer forums just broadens the audience a little more....for outside ppl to see what the bay is about and for bay ppl to open their eyes to music outside of the bay

good,thats the only point i was trying to make,cause it cant hurt to have those eastcoast cats that you were saying hate the west come in here and maybe catch some bay shit and maybe change their mind on what they think...thats all..it cant hurt

i don't think a eastcoast one is necessary, if it was then you could go to a ton of other forums outside of the siccness but those forums talk nothing about whats being talked here. if you wanna talk about eastcoast or whatever else then stick to the general hiphop area. should we have a polka and country section on this site too?

fuck all the other websites is how I feel. there's a reason I only come to this site, cuz this is the only site thats about gangsta rap. If I go to some other message board with an eastcoast forum there's gonna be thousands of posts about shit like Ja Rule and Mase and whatever, but I feel like if the siccness had an eastcoast forum it wouldnt be about weak shit like that cuz noone here likes that shit anyway. why do yall think having and eastcoast forum would cause people to start talkin about shitty music in the first place?

no...cause regardless we are going to need a genreal forum,i dont know about all you guys but i dont want to have to go to every single damn forum to ask a question about a certain rapper or something...if i have a question about anything that isnt specific its easy to come here...i dont want a geography lesson everytime i got to think of where a rapper is from..."i want to talk about little brother,they are from south carolina...now is that considered east or south?" fuck that...if you want to think of the gen hip hop forum as the eastcoast forum go ahead...it doesnt need to be named that though,cause its not like only east shit is discussed in there
